Welcome to Astor Farms in Sanford FL
Happy Cinco de Mayo! The new and improved Preserve at Astor Farms community Web site was just officially launched!
We hope all Astor Farms home owners use this site as it was intended: to improve communication between residents and the HOA and to enable neighbors to interact and share their opinion about community relevant topics in a friendly way!
We are always open to suggestions, so please feel free to leave a comment here!
Please attend the Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting on May 18th! Be part of the community and let your voice be heard! Remember it takes all of you to ensure a quorum is reached. We need a minimum of 25% of Astor Farms home owners!
Letter notifications with the date have been mailed and proxies will be available, should you be unable to attend.
If you are interested in running for the Board of Directors please contact our management company at 407-852-5300 or send an email to AstorFarmsHOA@gmail.com for a form.
The meeting will take place on May 18th at 7pm at Lake Sylvan Park.
Please leave a comment in below for your Astor Farms board of directors. [If you don't see the box, click the headline link above!]
In case you don’t want the comment to be visible to everyone else, please make a note about that!
Please note: The HOA reserves the right to ignore and delete inappropriate comments and suggestions.
Please join us! The Astor Farms Wine Club meets once a month for wine, food, fun and a little culture! Every month the theme changes. In the last few months we have sampled wines from Portugal, Argentina and even had a beer tasting in March for St Patrick’s Day! This is a great opportunity to try a variety of wines and to meet your neighbors.
Monthly tastings are usually held on the third Saturday of every month at 7:00 pm. For more information please email us at AstorFarmsWineClub@yahoo.com

The Spring Fling/ Easter Egg Hunt was well attend by the children of Astor Farms. This year’s fling included an Easter Egg bean bag toss game, a big hit with the kids! Also, there were two crafts, coloring pages, cookies for frosting and eating, and as if that wasn’t enough sweet stuff, the kids were treated to cotton candy and then off to find those candy stuffed eggs!
Congratulations to the jelly bean winner Cole of Hawks Hammock Way. Cole guessed 555 jelly beans in the jar and the actual number was 611; don’t eat all those jelly jeans at one time!

There was a large turnout for the Halloween Parade 2008, with our HOA president leading all the ghost, goblins, princesses, and superheroes around the fountain. Hope to see you again all this Fall!
