Builders in The Preserve at Astor Farms
Who were the builders in Astor Farms? That is a question commonly asked and here is the answer:
When the community was first started in the early 2000s, the main builders were Engle Homes and Landstar Homes. Landstar Homes got then bought by Toll Brothers during the end phase of the community construction.
The homes on Hawks Hammock Trail are all Engle Homes, the homes on all other streets (Astor Farms Place, Otters Den Trail, Ola Marsh Court, Cains Wren Trail, Swalowtail Lane) are either Landstar or Toll Brothers depending on when they were built.
Toll Brothers and Landstar homes feature the Tudor style, something very unqiue in Florida. That is only one of the many things that make The Preserve at Astor Farms such a special place to live.
