ARC Process
The ARC process generally is this:
- Homeowner completes the application before contracting for any work to be done. Quotes and estimates are a good idea, but no contract or permits first, just in case.
- Send the completed form and supporting documentation, the more the better, via U.S. mail to House of Management Enterprises (HOME).
- Supporting documentation provided MUST NOT be the originals, such as blue prints, photos, surveys, vendor brochures, color samples, contract copies, material specifications, etc. The homeowner is responsible to keep the originals in case these get lost in the mail, etc.
- Once submitted to HOME, HOME will make copies, file in the homeowenr file, update the computer tracking system, and mail to the designated ARC Committee Chair at Astor Farms via U.S. Mail.
- The ARC Committee will be meeting routinely to review submitted applications. They have 30 days to approve, disapprove or request more information. HOME can be contacted at 407-852-5300.
- Once the ARC Committee signs off on the ARC Form they return all documents to HOME who then mails the completed and signed form back to the homeower.
