Damaged Pedestrian Gate

This is the latest damage done to common property within the community: the side panel of the wrought iron pedestrian entry gate.
All residents are asked to speak up when/if you see acts that lead to this type of destruction. The cost to repair this avoidable damage will be borne by ALL residents. Money that could be used to improve other areas of the community will now have to be spent on a repair that was unnecessary!! Please help your HOA SAVE community $$$!!
