VANDALISM AND DEFACING OF NEIGHBORHOOD AREAS:

This graffiti was reported by a homeowner. Purported to be the action of one of our neighborhood kids, this photo is posed to ask the neighborhood’s help in identifying this person.
The cost to remove this is presently unknown, but be aware, the cleanup of acts of vandalism, malicious mischief, or other damage to community property will COST us ALL in the long run. The Board has worked diligently to keep HOA costs down for each homeowner, but having to clean up deliberate defacement or destruction, will only cause your dues to be spent unnecessarily.
Should anyone see any actions such as this or other evidence of damage to YOUR community, please speak up!! The $$$ you save is really YOURS!!
