Astor Farms Holiday Event: Santa Hayride
Before Santa dashes off to the rooftops of all the good boys and girls, he is stopping to visit the wonderful children of Astor Farms! Just like last year, there will be a hayride while singing carols, and plenty of cookies to eat. This event will take place on Christmas Eve, 12/24/2009, starting at 7:00pm at 1791 Astor Farms Place. Please bring cookies to share with your neighbors!
Astor Farms Annual Community Garage Sale
The community garage sale is November 14th, 2009 from 8am-1pm.
Arrangements are being made (not by the social committee) for AmVets to come to the neighborhood after the sale to collect the unwanted, leftover, etc. AmVets will be collecting “the stuff” from everyone’s driveway that have been clearly marked AmVets. Happy Halloween!
Astor Farms Halloween Parade – October 31st, 2009 – 6pm
Join us for the Annual Astor Farms Halloween Parade on Saturday, October 31st. Mr Brian Long has graciously volunteered to lead neighborhood ghost and goblins around the fountain, then the kids are off for Trick-or-Tricking.
This neighborhood event starts at 6:00PM at the fountain in The Preserve at Astor Farms. We ask that neighbors who are handing out treats to the trickers to please leave on their front door lights, and for children to go only to homes with a front door light on.
Pictures of the event will be posted on the Official Preserve at Astor Farms Blog in the first weeks of November so check back!

Astor Farms Annual HOA Elections Meeting – May 18th, 2009 – 7pm at Lake Sylvan Park
Please attend the Annual Homeowner’s Association Meeting on May 18th! Be part of the community and let your voice be heard! Remember it takes all of you to ensure a quorum is reached. We need a minimum of 25% of Astor Farms home owners!
Letter notifications with the date have been mailed and proxies will be available, should you be unable to attend. If you have not received a proxy, please contact the HOA immediately at AstorFarmsHOA@gmail.com
